I needed an arrangement in a planter delivered to my best friend with just over 2 hours notice (because life is unpredictable as we all know)- they were so wonderful and accommodating and made sure they could make it work for me and provide this extremely meaningful gesture <3 Fran was a delight to speak to- assured me they could and would make it work- and sent me photos so I could pick from the planters they have, and showed me the arrangement before it was delivered.
