love the store name! On the website, it says 'hand tied bouquet', but the flowers were an arrangement and in a vase, which is not what I wanted. The store said they'd fix my order, but the recipient said it was an arrangement just the same. The result was paying more for less...crazy price for very little!

Staff reached out to inform me that the vases would be different from what was shown on line. They ensured I was fine with the alternate option and if I had a preference to which planter/ plant went to which recipient. Very thorough and transparent. Loved the three emails I received “working on design, out on delivery and delivered”.
