I had a wonderful experience with The Bloom Room Floral Company! The type of flower that was supposed to come in my arrangement was damaged due to weather and the own called me to confirm my preference for the replacement and confirmed that she would ensure it would still be a beautiful arrangement for the cost. When they were unable to get a hold of my Mom (who was receiving my gift), they called me to ensure I was able to contact my Mom to allow delivery. The final product was absolutely gorgeous and the energy that the owner had was amazing! The card she chose for the arrangement was hilarious as well. Definitely recommend!
